It was easy to do and it was available to be organised on a Sunday afternoon online which made it very convenient.

For my first experience sending someone flowers I found it easy and fun.

Flowers Across Melbourne is the best florist in Australia, they deliver all my flower orders to all different areas in Melbourne. I’ve never had any issues, I appreciate them so much! The flowers are always gorgeous and great value for money Thank you !!!!!

I am myself a courier driver and very well know if there are instructions given it is for a reason. When I clearly wrote in special instructions space that the receiver should be contacted to let him know that he has a delivery why didn't the driver call?? It was in a safe place still the wrapper got wet. I am in Sydney first time used your service but very very disappointed. Never going to use again plus will tell other people not to use your service.

I was very disappointed as it didn't look like advertised. More of the green foledge was used rather than flowers. Very disappointed as ordered from the UK. I would not recommend😕

The florist I spoke to helped with me with all my enquires from buying the flowers I wanted to get down purple roses to getting the flowers delivered on time and the extra mile of customer service emailing me a pic of my section excellent customer service the flowers looked amazing and the birthday girl was so happy she loved them thank you so much

Hiii, I am so sorry I could not give my feedback earlier. I should have done it back in Jan. This was a very last-minute order and even on the day of delivery I had to change colors of the flowers and you guys did it without a fuss. I was so so happy with the entire experience and the girl who handled it was so helpful (I can't remember her name). I actually ordered all the way from Sri Lanka for my sis in law who is in Melbourne. She was so happy with the flowers; they were fresh and beautiful too. Having ordered from overseas (Scotland) I was very impressed with how easy the process was. The flowers were delivered on the day I requested and my son and daughter-in-law were delighted with their gift.
