I am myself a courier driver and very well know if there are instructions given it is for a reason. When I clearly wrote in special instructions space that the receiver should be contacted to let him know that he has a delivery why didn't the driver call?? It was in a safe place still the wrapper got wet. I am in Sydney first time used your service but very very disappointed. Never going to use again plus will tell other people not to use your service.

I was very disappointed as it didn't look like advertised. More of the green foledge was used rather than flowers. Very disappointed as ordered from the UK. I would not recommend😕

The flowers were lovely however the delivery came later than expected I literally watched the delivery driver walking very slowly to deliver flowers that were 45 minutes late.

The florist I spoke to helped with me with all my enquires from buying the flowers I wanted to get down purple roses to getting the flowers delivered on time and the extra mile of customer service emailing me a pic of my section excellent customer service the flowers looked amazing and the birthday girl was so happy she loved them thank you so much

Talk about value for money... Like wow the arrangement for my partner was absolutely beautiful and breathe taking well arranged full looks amazing and comes looking exactly like the picture displayed. I'll definitely use you guys for the near future

Very happy with the 5 star service.Easy website. Confirmation of payment and delivery was prompt via e mail. Delivery was personally handed to customer on time. *Wild protea bouquet is fabulous-wow!. Personal card written on nice paper. The Teddy bigger than we thought. Nice paper bag with the slogan of the company on it filled with the contents we choose. Feel the hand cream was expensive for a small tube. $10. Super happy customer will for sure use this company again and recommend to all. Regards linnie

Hiii, I am so sorry I could not give my feedback earlier. I should have done it back in Jan. This was a very last-minute order and even on the day of delivery I had to change colors of the flowers and you guys did it without a fuss. I was so so happy with the entire experience and the girl who handled it was so helpful (I can't remember her name). I actually ordered all the way from Sri Lanka for my sis in law who is in Melbourne. She was so happy with the flowers; they were fresh and beautiful too. Having ordered from overseas (Scotland) I was very impressed with how easy the process was. The flowers were delivered on the day I requested and my son and daughter-in-law were delighted with their gift.
