The flowers were gorgeous, albeit a bit pricey. AUD 12+ for a balloon was astronomically high. The whole delivery process was perfect. Thank you so much for your service!

I did make it a florists choice order. My friend sent me a photo of the bouquet, and I was surprised that it was one colour themed - blues. I had chosen this option from a picture of a brightly coloured bouquet, but would never have selected a single colour themed option by choice. Especially blue for “get well”. Perhaps a colour preference option would be useful? The bouquet you sent seemed to have some artificially coloured pieces in it, again not my preference. Nonetheless the bouquet was delivered absolutely as promised and the recipient was delighted, as was I with your efficiency.

I was incredibly impressed with the overall process from start to finish. When you messaged me to explain that you didn't have any white gladioli and asked me to call you to discuss an alternative replacement, I have to say I was shocked. I have never experienced that level of service when ordering flowers for delivery. I also really appreciated receiving the photo of the flowers (they were beautiful by the way) and the photo of the proof of delivery. I would use your business again in a heartbeat and recommend all my friends do the same when sending flowers in Melbourne. Thank you so much.

I felt the whole process was seamless but one issue I would point out is I got called on day one re replacements for the Tim tams and asked if I wanted snickers or dairy milk, I requested dairy milk only to be emailed the following day from a different person that there were no Tim tams and they were replacing them with Freddos. So a bit of inconsistency in the messaging confused me a bit

The process of buying the flower was ok, but the delivery guy left the flowers and chocolates under the sun. I said leaving them at the door if there is no one. However, there were people in the house and nobody hear the door. If you know it 38 degrees, it is expected that you will not leave them under the sun. At least, the delivery guy could have knocked the door or call. It was very disappointing because but the time she realises that the flowers and the chocolate were outside, the chocolate were melted and the flowers were all dying.

I live in Canada and FAM makes it so easy to send flowers to my friend in Melbourne. The flowers are always fresh and delivered on time.

The delivery was poor. Information was requested regarding delivery instructions which was great but seemingly all ignored as a $300 purchase was left on the floor in the lobby of a 10 storey apartment complex with no notification to the intended recipient that it was there. Orders of this price should really be handed to an individual - either the intended recipient or the concierge. Not just lazily left at the most convenient point.

Excellent service! Much better than a competitor which did not have tracking and could not provide a photo proof of delivery. I've purchased from Flowers Across Sydney before, and will use the Flowers Across brand from now on.
