For the price I paid, $93.40 incl delivery, the arrangement was tiny. About 30cm tall. A bit disappointed.

The delivery driver went the extra mile. I forgot to put a unit number on my delivery address, so he called me. I missed the call, called him back asap and he had obviously waited to hear back which was really nice of him to do. So my friend received her lovely birthday flowers.

This is the second time I have had flowers delivered to my daughter in Melbourne from your company and each time she has been delighted with them. Looking at the photos she has sent me I have to agree they are gorgeous. As I live in England it is welcoming to know I have found a florist that provides a reliable service delivering such beautiful flowers on the day specified. Thank you, Jennifer.

Just the birthday card. I did not notice the sentence "Not old only retro" It was not so suitable for Mrs. Shi (she is not old at all...), but I think it is my fault.If I had noticed I would have chosen another card.

The website was very easy and straightforward to use. Sample arrangements and prices were clearly displayed which made selecting the right one a simple task. Although I placed my order fairly late you delivered it on time. Very pleased with the service

Overall, my experience with Flowers across Melbourne was positive. the flowers were beautiful, and they were delivered on the day I ordered, and directly to my work colleague despite her living in an apartment complex. I would use them again.

I had a great experience with placing the order through to delivery. The only setback I had was that my hamper did not have any savoury goodies as advertised on their website. I had ordered Surprise Me Hamper with alcohol and it only had sweet treats.

Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery could have been a problem being a gated complex, but driver was able to leave it with a neighbour which was perfect.

I thought the flowers I ordered would come in a vase, but it didn’t. It would be great if it was mentioned on all flowers before I order as I prefer the flowers with a vase.
