Can you please ensure the delivery drivers knock on the door to deliver the flowers. My recipient was home but didn't find the flowers until 2 hours later which is disappointing. Other than that the flowers were beautiful.

As I live in Mildura, I find using Flowers Across Melbourne the best way to get flowers and gifts to my daughters on their exact birthdays and being able to ask to be delivered before a certain time of day is extremely helpful. Having choices about the flowers themselves as in colours, florist choice or the same as the photo helps. My daughters and I are extremely happy each time I have purchased. I have been using Flowers Across Melbourne for 2 years and will continue.

Like that I got sent photos once the gift was delivered, a little disappointed the bouquet looked slightly different to the advertised pictures, they were still nice though, ordering was nice and easy too.

Flowers delivered on time. Flower stems were kept wet. Flower arrangement was as shown. All flowers were fresh and are looking fresh days later.

Hi Amy, Thank you for your response. It might be helpful to include the relevant picture based on arrangements that are available depending on the season. I had expected that there would at least be some brighter colors to give the bouquet a bit of pop and bring the arrangement together. That way the customer has some kind of assurance that they know what will be delivered to their family member. Kind regards, Kelly
