All kinds of questions pop up, such as - will they arrive on the right day? Will they look like the picture, or will there be substitutions? What happens if there's a delivery problem, and how will i know they've arrived?
Let's face it, most websites are only going to show the best reviews for their own service, so in the interests of transparency and helping to give you a more informed purchase decision, we've come up with this page which shows UNFILTERED customer reviews.
That's right, all of them! from customers who have given us permission to use them. We don't cherry pick the good from the bad.
We're always grateful for the good reviews, it's really great when everything goes smoothly and customers are nice enough to take the time to let us know what a great experience they had. We're also ok with the bad ones, and fortunately they're quite rare, but it allows us to try and put things right and fix any underlying issues.

Yes please Flowers were left with the concierge of the building. Three hours later my daughter on the 25th floor was unaware they existed. Please ask your delivery people to call the recipient and alert them that flowers were delivered for them

I requested the florist put together a flower bouquet to be delivered to my wife's work for our anniversary. I chose the option where the florist would use seasonal flowers and build a custom bouquet. I trusted the florist and was not disappointed. My wife loved the arrangement. 10 out of 10!

Simple process to place an order - efficient, clear and very manageable for an older person. I tried a couple of other companies snd to finalise the order was complicating. I also thought your pricing was very realistic Thank you

It was an easy process from start to finish. I received an email to say that the flowers had been delivered and my friend contacted me to say that they had arrived and sent me a photo to show me how absolutely beautiful they were. Would definitely use again.

A bucket of water was left outside the door for the flowers, however the courier couldn't work this out and instead left the flowers out in the sun (on a very hot day to wilt) The flowers were also very expensive considering what was delivered.

Absolutely adored the services. Communication was excellent. It was very lovely to have seen the alternative flowers before they were sent out to my mate. The tracking made it easy to know when it would be delivered. Really loved it!

Excellent experience with Flowers Across Melbourne. Excellent communication with myself and the hospital the flowers were going to. The flowers were going to a patient who ended up in ICU ( which I didn't know) so the delivery was agreed with me to delay till she was out of ICU. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas X

The flowers were beautiful, I went with florist’s choice. The communication was excellent - to the point that Erna reached out prior to delivery as she noted the address was in a building complex and asked for the addressee’s contact number in case they ran into issues delivering. I will definitely use Flowers across Melbourne again and have already passed on your details to other friends who saw the flowers you delivered.😊
