Living in Kazakhstan, I have very successfully been cooperating with Flowers Across Melbourne over the last few years. I am very satisfied with the experience, offer, delivery, and feedback. I found the company after I was left disappointed because of an unsuccessful flowers order on the www.bloomex.com website (which I will never recommend to anyone)! I wish the team of Flowers Across Melbourne good luck, prosperity, bright achievements, and more clients! I recommend the company, as they are a reliable, good service.

It would be great if there could be a photo uploaded of the flowers being gifted. This survey asks about value for money and if I was happy with the arrangement but I have no idea what the arrangement looked like. Tho small change may make a big impact and keep customers returning.

Couldn’t be happier with the way the order was handled,from choice of product to delivery,our daughter loved the flowers and sent us a photograph of the bouquet.Couldn’t be any happier with the whole process,that’s why we insist on using Flowers Across Melbourne.

Drivers should knock and let recipient know there is a delivery for them. I had to let my daughter in law know there was something at the door for her. The flowers could have been ruined left out in the heat.

We had sent these to our daughter who unfortunately was not in at the time e of delivery. Apparently they were left out in the sun! It was only because they were natives that they were not completely ruined. I felt that a phone call could have been made and personally my wife and I are not happy with your service. We probably will not use you again.

The staff were incredibly helpful when two things went awry with my order. The first was my fault. I didn't click 'add to order' on the bouquet I wanted, but managed to add the wine. They rang me to make sure I did intend to also purchase flowers! The second was that the delivery driver left the wrong order at the recipient's address. I rang as soon as I found out and Flowers Across Melbourne was able to get the wrong order collected and right order delivered. That is excellent customer service. Thank you.

I honestly could not be happier with the service you provided for me. My ex-sister-in-law was given 12 months to live with terminal cancer previously undiagnosed and although a bunch a flowers doesn't fix anything it was a way of me saying my thoughts are wth you. The flowers your supplied and delivered were simply gorgeous and made someone who is very sick very happy. I thank you deeply for doing such a magnificent job. Great value for money and time from order placed o delivery was 3 hours just incredible!

I hate ordering flowers without looking at them first , as previous experience have ordered only to get a photo from the receiver showing me and thinking omg these were not worth the money , BUT with you guys I got a photo and it was identical to your website , and worth every cent plus I could track to see when they arrived .
