Beautiful fresh bouquet of flowers delivered on time, although delivery person did not knock on the door and just left them outside, customer was home! Corporate looking and not personal. Easy to choose and arrange from the UK.

Great initiative taken by the company when I accidentally did a double order, they refunded me and proceeded with one of the orders so it wasn’t duplicate , and it arrived quick and was beautiful

I was very happy with the fast service and how easy it is to order each time, although, it's disappointing you never get to see the actual flowers that are sent, for peace of mind, sending a photo to the customer of their purchase would complete the service beautifully.

Can you please ensure the delivery drivers knock on the door to deliver the flowers. My recipient was home but didn't find the flowers until 2 hours later which is disappointing. Other than that the flowers were beautiful.

As I live in Mildura, I find using Flowers Across Melbourne the best way to get flowers and gifts to my daughters on their exact birthdays and being able to ask to be delivered before a certain time of day is extremely helpful. Having choices about the flowers themselves as in colours, florist choice or the same as the photo helps. My daughters and I are extremely happy each time I have purchased. I have been using Flowers Across Melbourne for 2 years and will continue.

Like that I got sent photos once the gift was delivered, a little disappointed the bouquet looked slightly different to the advertised pictures, they were still nice though, ordering was nice and easy too.

Flowers delivered on time. Flower stems were kept wet. Flower arrangement was as shown. All flowers were fresh and are looking fresh days later.
