Have used FAM several times now and will use again and again. Living on the opposite side of the world so with a time difference to negotiate FAM emailed to confirm details, access, and that delivery was made. Making it a smooth process. And it was. The recipient was overjoyed with the bouquet.

So happy with how quick and easy it was to get flowers to my mum after a medical emergency, as we live 2 1/2 hours away. I placed the order at 6am and they were delivered before 2pm I would not hesitate to recommend Flowers Across Melbourne to anyone who is looking to send Flowers or gifts in Melbourne.

The flowers I ordered were for my mums 80th Birthday. She is in hospital and I am unable to visit her. She loved the flowers, they were exactly what I ordered. Very pleased indeed.

Yes, I organised flowers for my mum a couple of months ago and I upgraded the flowers to a medium, paid the medium bouquet price but received the small bouquet quantity. This time unfortunately, the receiver didn’t know who the flowers were from. No card was attached and subsequently no message received either. It was meant to be a sympathy message. This is the second time in a row? In saying that, the ordering process is great, the flowers are always lovely and delivered on time. However, I’m not sure if I will order from you again though.

I didn’t see the flowers but my friend said they were lovely. Only suggestion would be that it would be great to see a photo if you wanted and it was given as an option when ordering. Apart from this - great service!
