Hi, I have been wanting to send you an email since I have used Flowers across Melbourne for 3 times if I am not mistaken. I must say that your quality of flowers exceeds my expectations as per feedback from recipient that I have arranged to send. The flowers are fresh and service is excellent and prompt. Dave Thomas and Len Cortez are both recipients I remembered who expressed very positive feedback. I ordered white orchids in glass vase to Len which is really fresh and beautiful. The same with Dave Thomas who just spoke to me yesterday and thanked me. I have recommended to my colleagues to use your service. I used to order from other company which I will not mention, and good thing I came across your website while I was doing a search. I hope you continue the excellent quality and flower arrangements you provide. I now remember I also ordered multiple color of orchids to Jill Watson and they are equally excellent in quality. I have ordered from FAM before & found everything from ordering to delivery excellent service. The flowers were always how they were depicted in the photo, same colours & specimens. Very pleased with the service & convenience.
