On-line staff were really helpful including willingness to deliver same day when i asked as long as I had order in by 2pm. Of course the price per item is not really 'value for money' but you had better range of options than all other sites I had searched eg: lots of sites with wine starting at ~$40+. I was happy to spend $75 for free delivery and if it was more value for money I would have easily spent $100 just adding nice/good value things. Overall though I reckon youre great :)

Simple and easy service. I was very happy to have additonal things to add to the flowers. I would have liked a confirmation email from a human as I was ordering from out of country. Just to ease my mind. Otherwise, excellent product and service! She was very happy!
